30-Days Return Process

We are confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren’t, we’re ready to assist with a return and timely refund. Purchases made on the Garmont Canada website (ca.garmont.com) are entitled to 30 days return period (from order delivery date, excluding final sale items) to qualify for a full refund of returned merchandise*. To begin your return, simply re-pack the returned item(s) with tags still attached including original packaging in undamaged form and follow the tips/instructions below to ensure a proper return and fast credit. An incomplete merchandise return form can delay the processing of your returned merchandise and credit, if applicable. Please do not return items in envelopes.

All items above 50% are Final sale.

To return anything ordered from our site, simply complete e-mail your return request to returns@garmontcanada.ca and we will attempt to answer your inquiry within 24 to 72 hours.

*NOTE: Return policy applies only to purchases made directly on ca.garmont.com. It excludes purchases made from any other online or brick & mortar resellers. To qualify for a full refund, you must have a proof of purchase on ca.garmont.com

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative by email at: returns@garmontcanada.ca within 30 days of delivery date. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.
